Hand Holes

Underground hand holes are made of concrete that are precasted, the pulling irons are hot dipped and galvanized, with anchor bolts and hooks. They usually have lifting anchors with clay tile and heavy duty cast iron frame and cover. They have 4T lifting anchors, there are a few different options when it comes to the type of hand hole, they can have different pulling irons. There also are usually optional windows that can be available. The reinforcing cover requirements fit ACI-318. These hand holes weigh above 3000 pounds and the frame cover just as much if not more.
